What is the Delivery Cost ?

Up to $50 order value, delivery cost is $6.50 otherwise all orders are free delivery

Has my order been sent yet ?

We confirm when your order is sent along with tracking details. Any delays are notified.

One thing we can't control is whether the courier delivers when they say they will.

How can I pay?

We use a PayPal Gateway so PayPal, Mastercard and Visa are good.

For direct credit, please select Offline Payment.

Can I track my order ?

 

Yes, we send details for you to track your order.

Depending on the courier we use for your order, tracking details vary on how much information each provides.

What Warranty do you offer?

 

Typically 12 months, but in some cases longer. Check on individual Products.

 

And if a Product suffers damage from any cause, we also offer a 40% Discount of Custom Kit and half-price on Standard Items.

You’ve sent me the wrong items

 

As soon as you email us of the details we will correct it as soon as possible.
