Customer Service:
At BikeGearNow we provide a unique warranty on our products. Please refer to the Guarantee page of this website. We also detail your obligations below.
We accept all orders according to our Terms and Conditions below. When you place an order, you undertake to accept these Terms and Conditions which may be amended from time to time. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your rights as a consumer under the Trade Practices Act.
Warranty:
BikeGearNow has a limited Lifetime Warranty and may repair the item, or if item cannot be repaired, provide a replacement of at least equivalent standard. BikeGearNow reserves the right to reject a warranty claim if the item was not used as intended or correctly cared for. Please refer to our Warranty page.
Payment and Service Terms:
Artwork is provided on custom clothing order free of cost, unless you require us to provide specific logos to be created. Where logos are provided in vector format, no charges apply.
A $200 deposit is required for all custom orders, paid by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or direct deposit, prior to us commencing design or production
Final balance is due prior to us releasing your order for shipment.
Payments by Credit Card:
We DO NOT surcharge when paying by Credit Card.
Cancellations and Changes:
Once artwork has begun, any deposit paid will not be refunded. Once the artwork has been approved no design or order changes are possible.
Customers that refuse or cancel orders after BikeGearNow commenced design agree to make payment for all work we perform up until the date of cancellation.
All goods will remain the property of BikeGearNow until paid in full.
Ownership:
All artwork provided by BikeGearNow remains the sole property of BikeGearNow, and you agree not to offer, permit or endeavour to copy, use or provide that artwork to another party without the written permission of BikeGearNow.
Delivery:
Orders are accepted on a first-come-first-serve-basis and delivery times can fluctuate throughout the year. Estimated delivery dates are based on when you place your order. Completed orders will be shipped after customers balance is paid in full. Delays caused by outside carriers are beyond our control. Placing orders early is the least stressful outcome.
Samples:
Samples are available for sizing purposes, secured by a Credit Card deposit. The deposit will be refunded when we receive the samples in original condition.
Samples returned either used or damaged will be billed to you.
Logo Placement:
The VELOEX logo will appear on all custom garments.
Disclaimers:
Occasional errors on our website may unintentionally occur. We accept no liability under any circumstances for any indirect or consequential you may incur.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, to the value of the goods or services you have purchased.
Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify us against any claim or demand, made by any third party due to or arising in any way out of your use of Our Web Site, your posting of any information, or infringement by you, or by any other person using your computer, of any intellectual property or other right of any person.
Credit Card Security:
Your credit card number cannot be read by a third party while in transit and will remain private and completely protected. BikeGearNow uses advanced and high levels of online security available today. BikeGearNow does not retain your Credit Card details.
